The best way to overcome the new environment which you don’t like and fell uncomfortable is to put the headset in your ears.Then pretend you are still in this world and used to live here.

 

Another method to forget something which you don’t want to remember and don’t want to talk anymore is to read some interesting books, for the purpose of keeping busy. Afterwards hypnotise by yourself, today’s weather is awesome, air is fresh, it’s a good day for eating good food.

 

Ironically,  many friends always like to send their regards beginning with this sentence: How are you these days? What do you do? How’s your feel? Just like when you had a scar or illness, you told to yourself, that’s not a bit deal, and don’t want to pay closer attention to this situation. But someone likes to put salt and ice on your scar or head. Then you start to fell pain and really feel something still staying in your body.

 

What are you doing now is just the projection about your past. This is only one thing I know, even though it’s hard to avoid being projected.
